Nickson joined ACES in 2019 and since then he has engaged in several assignments throughout the region encompassing Catering consulting and Food Safety Nickson, is involved in advisory and planning in best implementation of Food and beverage sector, customer service, food safety and handling, kitchen management, service training and guest handling. In addition, He sits in the board of Tamu Catering consultant’s ltd, to offer advisory services on strategy, planning execution. He trained as a Travel and customer service consultant (Dima College, Sky net Aviation College and IATA, UFTAA Montreal, Canada) In addition he has undergone extensive leadership and restaurant management training. He has over 15+ years’ work experience – as customer service expert, consultant and entrepreneur. He has worked as a Restaurant Manager, product Launch and implantation management and management consultant for various local and international organizations including: Starbucks international Middle East UAE Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, Java House Africa, Pewi Foods, Heykal Investment.
